1. Dashboard

Welcome to Your True Digitizing Dashboard!

This is your personalized dashboard, where you can easily track and manage all your digitizing orders. Here's a quick overview of what you can do:

• My Total Orders: View the total number of digitizing projects you've placed with us.
• Amount Spent on Orders: Keep track of your total spending for all completed projects.
• In Revision Orders: Stay updated on any orders currently under revision based on your feedback.
• My Unpaid Orders: Quickly access any unpaid orders to complete the payment process.
• Canceled Orders: Review orders that were canceled or withdrawn.

Your dashboard is designed to make managing your projects effortless and organized. Should you need assistance, feel free to reach out to our support team at any time!

2. Active Subscription

Simply click the Buy Now button to explore our available plans on the pricing page. Once you’ve subscribed, your active plan will appear here, and you’ll be able to manage it directly from your dashboard.

3. Active Orders

This is where you can monitor the progress of all your digitizing projects in real time. Once you place an order, you’ll find it listed here with the following information:

• ID: A unique identifier for each of your orders.
• Design Name: The name of the design associated with the order, helps you easily distinguish between multiple projects.
• Date: The date when the order was placed, keeping your timeline organized.
• Order Type: Whether it's embroidery digitizing, vector art conversion, or another custom service.
• Status: Keep track of your order's status. From 'In Progress' to 'Completed' or 'In Revision'. So you know exactly where things stand.
• Action: You can see your order details, view them, or cancel them.

Once you place an order, it will appear here, and you’ll be able to follow the entire process from start to finish.

4. My Order

4.1. Pay for selected

If you want to pay for multiple orders, select the desired ones from the table below. Once you've selected, click the "Pay for Selected" button to proceed to the payment page.

5. Search Now

To search for a specific order, enter the order ID or design name in the “Search Now". The search results will appear in the dropdown dashboard.

6. Select Status

To view the status of your order, select the desired orders from the dropdown menu. You can filter by 'All,' 'Complete,' 'In Progress,' 'Cancelled,' 'Pending,' or 'Other.'

7. My Quote

In this section, we will deeply explore how the quotation process works
Let’s start with the "Quote Now" procedure.

First, click on the "Quote Now" button at the top right corner. This will open a page where four services are available: Embroidery digitizing, Vector Tracing, Logo Designing, and Embroidery Patches. Simply fill out the detailed form for your desired service and submit your quote.

Our team will review your quote and confirm the number of stitches and the payment details.
Once your quote is confirmed, you can convert any of your quotes into an order.

If you need to convert multiple quotes to orders, simply select the desired quotes and click on "Convert to Order". Your selected quotes will be easily converted into finalized orders.

Important Note: While filling out the form for Embroidery Digitizing, Embroidery Patches, and Vector Tracing, uploading a file is mandatory. For Logo design, however, uploading a file is optional.

Any current discounts or special promotions will appear here. Please note that these offers may vary, sometimes may be available to all our valued customers, while others may be tailored to specific customers, such as first-time customers. Be sure to check back regularly to take advantage of our latest offers.

9. Invoice

Easily manage and access your invoices through our convenient invoice dashboard. Use the “Search Now” feature to find your invoice by entering your ID or order ID.

• ID: Your invoice number.
• Amount: The total amount for your order.
• Date: The date the invoice was generated.
• Orders: A summary of the order(s) associated with the invoice.
• Action: Click on the "View" button to see detailed information about your order.

This process ensures you can quickly and easily access all the details related to your purchase.

10. Wallet

There are two ways that payments can be added to your wallet:

• Through the Share & Earn: When you share our referral link with your friends, your earned points are converted into wallet credits.
• Excess Payment: In the case of a technical glitch where you have overpaid, the excess amount will be credited to your wallet and can be applied to your next order.

11. Share and Earn

Easily boost your points with just one click! Simply share your referral link with your friends. When your friends click on the link, then register and place an order, you’ll earn 10 points for every order made through your referral link.

Once you accumulate 50 points, the "Redeem Points Now" button will become active, allowing you to redeem $15 in your wallet.

Please note: You can earn 10 points for each friend's first order. However, if the same person places a second order, you won’t receive additional points. You will earn another 10 points only when a different person places an order. This process continues, allowing you to grow your points with every new referral.

12. Subscription history

If you haven't purchased a subscription plan yet, you will see an option to "See More Subscription Plans".Clicking this will take you to our subscription plan page, where you can choose the plan that best suits your needs.

You can select your preferred plan from the available options. For example, if you purchase a 1-month plan, it will expire after one month. Similarly, if you opt for the 2-month plan, it will require renewal after two months.
